About Returns
Customers who purchase from the GoGoBuying independent website have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please read the detailed return terms and conditions below. All returns must be arranged through our shipping partners. If you need to return an item or have any questions about the return process, please contact our Customer Service (link to online support). We will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it or exchange it for another product within 14 days after delivery.
Please note that this return and exchange policy only applies to individual customers who purchase directly from GoGoBuying.com.
Conditions for Returns
Customers may return a product only if all of the following conditions are met:
1. You could contact our Customer Service within 14 days after receiving the product to request order cancellation, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
2. The item has not been used.
3. The item is in the same condition as when received, including all parts, original product packaging, and manuals. Items that require assembly must be returned unassembled.
4. The returned item must be repacked in the original carton or an equivalent shipping box. If your item was delivered on a pallet, please keep the pallet in case it is needed for the return.
Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to a product defect, the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be covered by us.
Defective or Damaged Products - Claim Form Required
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transportation, please keep the damaged shipping packaging. Within 3 days after receiving your order, fill out the claim form and send us photos and a detailed description via the form.

Packaging Instructions
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Please make sure that all product parts, original packaging, and manuals are included in the return package.
Pack the item in the original packaging or an equivalent shipping box. Please do not write on or attach anything to the product packaging unless instructed by our Customer Service.
If you reuse the original packaging, please remove any old shipping labels, stickers, or notes. Seal the box securely with transparent tape.
Special Notes for Shipping
Fragile items
·Use additional protective cushioning.
·If possible, attach a “Fragile” label to the shipping box.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of return does not apply to the following products:
·Custom-made products ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer’s specifications.
· Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement straps).
For textile and hygiene-related products such as sofas and mattresses, returns are only accepted if the items have been handled with extreme care and the original seals remain intact.
After order cancellation, please return the goods without delay.
If you request a return or exchange, you are responsible for the risk of damage during return shipping. If it cannot be proven that the product was damaged during shipment to the customer, damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Wrong Item Received
We sincerely apologize if an incorrect product was sent due to human error. If this happens, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement product for you. (Link to online support)
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the returned product has been used, damaged, or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, GoGoBuying reserves the right to charge a depreciation fee of up to the full product price.
We will inspect the product upon receipt and then make a final decision on the refund. Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
·Defects in the product or its packaging are discovered after receipt.
·The returned product shows clear signs of use, such as animal hair, human hair, stains, or other visible marks. In such cases, the return will be automatically rejected.
